CC Ep. 22: How To Declutter: 3 Simple Steps

In this episode, I share with you 3 steps to declutter your physical environment. These steps can also be used to declutter your mental and social space.

  1. Make a list of all the rooms in your house that you want to clean. 

  2. Choose one room from that list and start working on it this weekend. Ask for help from your family members. Give yourself a headline and stick to that deadline to deluctter. 

  3. Once you finished that one room, go to the next and repeat #2 once you complete all items on your list.

    ==> Bonus tip, Have a system in place where you can declutter daily. This can be 10 minutes in the evening or first thing in the morning.
