. In this episode, you'll learn: 

  • The 6 steps to overcoming fear 

6 Steps to Overcome Fear 

  1. Self-Awareness: Have the awareness of your fear. Complete this sentence: I want _____________________________, but I'm afraid_________________________.  Once you complete this sentence, ask yourself, "What is the worse case scenario? 
  2. Visualize: Once you answered the questions above, take a step back and visualize the outcome that you want for this area of your life. 
  3. Schedule: Take your planner and/or calendar and start scheduling specific steps that you can take every day to experience that vision that you want for yourself.
  4. Implement: Every day, do a small action towards your vision. 
  5. Community: Find or create your own community of people who share a similar vision. 
  6. Accountability: Change doesn't happen unless you have accountability along the way. Find a friend who shares a smilier vision or join a group that can hold you accountable for your actions.
