How can we experience more from life? I'm personally going through digital detox where I try to spend the less amount of time in front of a screen as possible. It's hard! Clearly, I'm in front of a screen typing you these very words

But something that I'm learning is to design my life so that social media and screens enriches my life instead of drains my life.
